LEEM Filtration Opens New Facility in Broussard, LA with Patented Filter Leaf Cleaning Line
Ramsey, NJ – October 2025 – LEEM Filtration is proud to announce the opening of a new 10,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and service facility in Broussard, Louisiana. This facility will serve as the dedicated hub for LEEM’s patented filter leaf cleaning technology, while also supporting customers in the Gulf Coast region with spare parts, service, and aftermarket solutions.
The new cleaning line in Broussard represents a major step forward for the industry. Unlike traditional methods such as caustic soda baths, pressure washing, or mechanical cleaning — which can damage mesh and shorten the service life of filter leaves — LEEM’s patented technology removes fouling safely and effectively. The process penetrates deep inside the mesh structure as well as within the leaf pack, restoring performance while preserving the integrity of the leaf.
Each leaf is also tested during the cleaning process, allowing LEEM to provide lifetime prediction data that helps plants make informed decisions about ongoing maintenance and replacements. This means customers gain both immediate performance improvements and valuable insights for long-term planning.
