After Market Sales Representative
Position Summary:
The Aftermarket Sales Rep is responsible for preparing cost estimates, quotations, and order processing for aftermarket parts and services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical support and ensuring timely and accurate responses. This position will manage customer orders through the entire lifecycle — from quotation to fulfillment — while maintaining customer databases in HubSpot and order records in Infor ERP. Additionally, the position involves sourcing and procuring parts, coordinating with vendors, and tracking performance metrics to support sales growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to help drive aftermarket sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare aftermarket parts & service cost estimates and quotations.
- Follow-up on quotations and required action items to close the order.
- Accurately enter orders into Infor (ERP/Quoting System) and expedite orders requiring premium delivery.
- Maintain customer database in HubSpot Interface with all company departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Increase sales and average order size by upselling and add-ons.
- Help achieve aftermarket sales quotas by timely responses and follow-through.
- Develop strong knowledge of filtration product line, associated parts, and applications.
- Provides technical support to customers and sales representatives related to equipment, parts, maintenance, and operation.
- Provide effective and timely response to customer inquiries and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for aftermarket parts and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Source and procure aftermarket parts, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing for customers.
- Work with vendors to resolve any part availability or quality issues.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to aftermarket sales and project completion.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offers to maintain a competitive edge.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in aftermarket sales, service, or parts management
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, filtration systems, or similar technical products
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong computer skills, outlook, excel, word
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and execute aftermarket sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach
